I had a lovely healing yesterday with a working heavy horse she is an old soul and has a lot to teach her owner. She showed me how sometimes they clash in energy and when her energy is up she is a strong girl. I talked to her owner about the importance of breath and we started a big breathing session with her. What happened next was quite beautiful as Phil her owner closed his eyes and focused on his breathing his energy reduced. His mare followed until in quite a short time they were both in the most beautiful space. I took a step back and sent healing to both of them. They stayed like this for quite a while breathing in rhythm with each other and Phil felt how his energy came down and his whole body relaxed and this enabled his powerful mare to do the same. Breathing with our horses is so important, not the shallow breaths we normally take but the big powerful breath of blowing our belly out as we take air in and then really blowing the air out. Try it you will be amazed in the difference of your horse, join them in their energy and not expect them to come up into ours it is a much calmer place. Happy Monday love and healingxx
