I had a major plumbing job done some time ago by (Best Choice Plumbing). The job cost almost 5,000. (Yes,,, FIVE THOUSAND U.S DOLLARS). ANYWAYS, Ive been having some of the same issues I had before I had this $ 5,000 job done. Sooo, I called a plumber to have it checked out and they said the drain isnt even covered so anything could be in the drain by now. He shows me that the PVC PIPE was actually higher than concrete so if it was covered it wouldnt have stayed covered bcuz the screws had nothing to screw onto..... of course, I called best BEST Choice Plumbing to tell them they need to rectify this $5,000 job they half did.... their reply,,,,, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM TO DIG OUT THE DRAIN AGAIN AND PAY FOR A NEW COVER... REALLY........ IM JUST HERE TO SAY BEST CHOICE PLUMBING WAS NOT MY BEST CHOICE
