I had a nice Turkey dinner tonight with all the trimmings!! I bought a Turkey Breast, made some homemade redskin mashed potatoes, some butternut squash, cranberry sauce and stuffing. I cheated on the stuffing and the squash, Box stuffing and frozen squash. It was Delicious!! And I still have plenty of turkey left for sandwiches, or soup or stew. Yummy!! It was a lot of work and lots of dishes for just one person but it was so delicious it was all worth it!! Then I took a nap. Went to bed with a headache and a full yummy . Woke up with the same headache and the same full tummy! Noew I need to run 10 miles.. NOT!!!
