I had a pretty relaxed NYE, so I didnt see Idina perform in NYC for the big show... but definitely heard the backlash about her performance. I watched the video & it literally boggles my mind that people would attack a Broadway star - who is responsible for some the most vocally demanding performances Ive ever seen - about one failed note! The woman was singing live, in freezing temperatures, and hit many notes flawlessly. Why are we so anxious to treat talented people as if they are machines instead of human beings? In 2015, Im certainly going to work on celebrating people, not tearing them down. And for record, I dug her performance. Even after hearing that song no less than a million times this year. :) #2015
