I had a severe muscle spasm attack in the right inside thigh (Groin Area!!!) at 04:30 AM yesterday. And I started to Cancel my golf day at CrossCreek Golf Club - Temecula, CA BUT! Im so hardcore on myself I struggle to my refrigerator and opened up a bottle of my favorite Ensure for Muscle Drank it all down with so much pleasure and then started eating a banana and said GOD! JESUS! Payne Steward! And just like a Miracle!!! That intense muscle spasm started to release me back to a comfort level again!!! Then I started doing some intense stretching, yoga, isometric exercises. And I manage to still go out and have my golf day at CrossCreek Golf Club. I have to also share this with you.
