I had a very bizarre experience this morning. I was literally barged off a seat I had taken in a tram by a 50-something woman. She proceeded to offer the newly created seat to another woman in the tram (who ironically refused to sit down). The seat wasnt a priority seat and there were no elderly or pregnant people around. I told the woman what she had done was extremely rude but she responded with a withering look and said, sit somewhere else. Im a bit puzzled by the experience. Is she mad, is this extreme feminism, or something else?
