I had a very productive day today. A young man walked into Walsall Mind and Body Centre, where I work part of the week. He was in acute pain due to a simple movement he had performed earlier on during the day. He had 90% restriction in his neck and restricted arm movement. After a session of Bowen with me he was able to move his neck and arm without pain. He was able to turn his head 80% instead of the 10% on entering the centre. In his own words "I feel 75% better" Bowen will continue to effect change up to a week later following a session.
