I had an interesting call today too/from The Discovery Channel! I was recommend and contacted by one of the producers of “Ice Cold Gold via Ultra Tech looking to see if I would be interested in going on a three month expedition to Greenland as an consulting Gemologist for the team extracting rubies there this coming summer, I said I would indeed be interested but due to my current health and physical condition that I unfortunately would have to decline… I did say that I would be interested for any future show as a consulting gemologist, but here in the states and she took down my information for a possible update on any future episodes related to the ruby find. So any Graduate Gemologist out there that has experience in quantifying and qualifying rubies they are looking for someone to join the team this summer, if you qualify for this let me know in a PM and I will forward your name to the person and give you her contact phone number to reach her, she is in the Denver area. Thanks Josh Joshua Rioux for forwarding this information to me so I could contact her and find out what this was all about. ;)
