I had made up my mind that today I was going to the doctors to see if I could be sent for some counselling concerning about my depression, I checked my e mail and I received this quote from a friend and I had not even told them what I had planned. Some people find reaching out for help hard. Maybe it is, but suffering from depression for the rest of your life will be a whole lot harder. So Here I go to the Doc, Dont know why I an so Nervous.
