I had mildly disturbing dream this morning that I hope is not pre-cognitive or clairvoyant in any way (Ive had both types, but I never know *when* they are right and when my brain is telling me stories, until after the fact). -----------------DREAM------------THIS DID NOT ACTUALLY HAPPEN------------- Anyway, I dreamed that I got a letter in the mail from Home Depot, and in it they showed a FB screencap of something Id taken a picture of on my workbench. At the top it said unpayed item. Theyd circled a battery charger for a cordless drill that happened to be there, and there was some text to the effect that this was an exclusive item that only they sell and their records show that I had never purchased such an item. There was also a little credit slip with my card listed on it and a space for my signature next to the price of the item (like the sign here receipts at Giant, and restaurants, etc). I was to authorise the charge and send it back. I woke up as I was saying This is F@*ing RICIDULOUS! I _bought_ it at a yard sale! Now, before you comment, remember that this was a DREAM------------THIS DID NOT ACTUALLY HAPPEN TO ME What Im wondering is if it *has* happened, or if some stupid chainstore thinks that they have the right somehow to make it happen. I cant imagine that, if contested, and it went to court, that they actually could win a case based on this.
