I had my tonsils removed at age 23 and still are having side-effects. I felt the removal of the tonsils changed my voice. Something with the position of my head seemed off after the OP. I experienced the after-effects of the full-narcosis as damaging my concentration. Often I seem to run into a psysico-emotional wall, when I seem to be under stress, which seems much like a post-traumatic stress symptom, of the pain experienced during unconsciousness. When I get a bit of a flu, the scars start to hurt immensely... Who has similar or different experience with this? What helped, how did you cope? How did it affect your life?
