I had some left over hamburger patties for lunch at work today. I thought, I wish I had some bread for these patties. So I looked through the cabinets and low and behold I found 1/2 a loaf of bread. The best thing about it, it had my name on it. I looked at the date when I put it in the cabinet it said 4/14/14. I look at it but its not molded anywhere. I open it and smell it, it doesnt even smell sour. So I decided to eat it. As I was eating I started to think, this bread is 2 months old. The scary thought started to sink in as to what chemicals they using to keep this bread alive for 2 months. I remember when bread wouldnt last 2 weeks before it molded. I look at the ingredients - Wheat, milk. Then I look further down, I see the words, Hecho en Mexico (made in Mexico). I dont know, what do you think?
