I had such a blast at the Iron Fitness Games competition yesterday. Of course it feels great to win, but thats just a portion of it all. I love the community and the energy felt in these competitions. Such wonderful friendships made from events just like this. Loved being able to cheer on some great athletes that I get to coach all the time, so fun watching them put their skills to work! Seriously in love with my SpartanFit family who has taken me in and supporting me. So Thankful for Hardwodder for supporting and sponsoring me. Special shout out to Scott Porter and Jason Archer for always putting on a great event and being such great people! And of course thanks to all the volunteers, couldnt happen without all you guys! Muah!
