I had such a frustrating experience trying to buy a Christmas present today. I started with the web site on Sunday - you needed to personalize the item and I did that but I could never get it to appear in my shopping cart do I could buy it. I called and they said you couldnt do it on an iPad so I decided to wait till Monday. When I tried Monday I had the same problem, so I called and was put on hold to wait for an operator - then after 20 minutes I was cut off!! But I was determined so I called back and it happened again! I bet you think youve gotten to the worst of the great customer service, but theres more to come! Today I called back and actually got an operator and I explained that I wanted to give him my credit card and be done with it. He said he couldnt do that but hed help me walk through the online process- I had to start my computer and about the time I got it started he said wed taken too much time and Id have to call back! Im not sure Ive ever wanted to use more foul language on the phone! Thats customer service for you!!!! P.S. I did get it ordered myself online - no thanks to their customer service!
