I had the great fortune to spend some time with lovely Susannah Carr (channel 7 west oz newsreader) today. Look at what she created....paleo bread (one of the best i have ever tried) also a gorgeous morrocan roast chicken, a leek, walnut and beetroot salad, and a dairy free cheesecake! Thanks to Sue, Chris and Jo for the awesome hospitality. Nic and i look forward to repaying the favour...the bar has been set bloody high! Keep cooking for Life with Love and Laughter.
