I had the great pleasure of meeting the lovely Ernestine Sheperd this morning. She is the oldest competitive female body builder in the world. She asked me if I wanted to come to her class she teaches at a local gym. When I got there they were filming a segment for the Dr. Oz show. So I got to jump in on that with the class. That was fun! Even got to do a little interview at the end. She will be up in NY the next few days doing more filming for the show. I think it airs in Oct but not entirely sure. I will find out and post it if any of you want to see her in action.
