I had the scariest thing just happen, still shaking. I was headed out and rounding up the kids to get in the car. Go up to get the baby and when I come down Samantha is missing. I looked for 15 min, then started panicking and screaming her name. I looked everywhere. I grabbed my phone and called the police. After 20 min I find her sleeping under the table. Thankfully my neighbors were looking for her but to add insult to injury I had one neighbor reprimand me on how I shouldnt have my 5 year old watch my 3 year old....as if thats what I do. Its easy to give out advice when you have one kid in school all day and a newborn. My kids were crying because they lost their sister that they love her, not because they had the responsibility of watching her and she was lost. I take care of 5 kids all day, homeschool, cook and clean and the list goes on. Yes my kids look out for each other because its not possible to watch them every second of the day and thats why I have the buddy system but I am watching them. Unfortunately things like this happen, it took seconds for her to fall asleep under the table. From the min it took me to walk upstairs and bring down the baby she was missing.
