I had to Share This With You....... And so on Monday I happened to walk along the streets of Nairobi, listening to music since the city is ever crowded with people and lotta noise... I decided to jus take a stroll and see how things are in town ,I was stressed abit since lotta things hvnt been falling into place as planned... Thinking alot of things on my next projects in regard to photography:... One small street girl about 7yrs old approached me and to my consent I had to remove my earphones and listen to her... hallo,I know you dont know me but I know you from somewhere...I smiled and asked her,my small sister, youve met alot of guys in the streets jus to remember me?,haha,I would love to know how but yo new to me... The street kid who only knew how to speak swahili went ahead and told me, Si wewe ni baba Manguo(Father of Clothes),I be like,huh?.... How did you get to know that?... just to cut things short she told me to sit down we talk for some moments,I told her we head to any nearby restaurant so that I could atleast buy her fries or food atleast for us to talk..... She refused and instead, she wanted to take me for a small dinner at any small hotel... I told her,No.... Thatl be hard for you my small sister.... And so we decided to sit on some bench in town..... She went on and said There was a time you met me in the streets and told me to join you during your foundation and that youll give me food and clothes, that day I went back to where I sleep(streets) feeling very happy and thanking God for people like you(Touched my heart).. Since then I have been looking for you for the past 4 months only to find you walking along the streets and I was afraid that you would not respond back..... It felt like God had opened His gates for Angels to come into this world.... She went on and narrated the whole story and finally she told me she has something as a present for me(Was in surprise at that moment).... The 7year Street Girl, went into her pocket and gave me some packed Cashew nuts and told me,Even If I cant afford to take you to the restaurant, lets share this just to thank You....... I was left SPEECHLESS.... Went home crying to myself asking God how I can help the street women and children :( :( :(...... It was some happy/sad moments but to me it came to my mind that I still have a family who take me as a brother and I take them as my family members along The streets Of Nairobi. Mode of The Story: Help and Love Those Poor People who are in need of You.... Lets all Love The Street Women & Children. Stay Blessed, .....*Heenie*...........
