I had to be admitted to the hospital tonight (dont worry, Im going to be okay), and Im staying in a part of the hospital called the antepartum unit. I am surrounded by women who are experiencing a very high risk pregnancy and are forced to stay in a hospital until their baby comes, or they have had a very premature baby and are staying here for a while while their little one is in the NICU. My thoughts and prayers are with these women here tonight and for any of you who are experiencing these trials right now. Being a mother is the most beautiful gift given to us, but it can also be a very scary time for some women. Im praying words of comfort and healing over these brave mothers tonight.
