I had to share this for teachers that are teaching multiple instruments, to actually find out a few things about the instruments that they teach. As beginner kids do, they somehow keep playing a reed thats half broken and havent yet cut their lip whilst playing. The teacher at school gave them a reed and according to my student, it didnt work. When I looked at it, it was a Rico #3!!! Well, of course she couldnt play it because shes only been playing this year!!! Luckily I had something more appropriate for them to use... Lunnon Music saves the day!! If any other people have had something like this (or with another instrument) Id love to hear about it and also, is it something I should talk to the instrumental teacher at this particular school and see how it can be prevented in the future?
