I had to whip out my polite disapproval with this email sent to the sales department of Dynamic Discs. Hello, Clay Im disappointed to hear that youll no longer be offering free shipping on bag returns. I feel like choosing to buy a bag from Dynamic Discs was a mistake that has cost me time without a disc golf bag and now is costing me more money. I was happy to deal with you the first time I had an issue with my bag and felt like everything was handled in a professional way with customer satisfaction and your companys reputation in mind. I now feel hassled by having to deal with the same situation twice. I participate in three weekly leagues on top of practicing for our citys largest tournament. It goes without saying that not having a bag at this time is very inconvenient. I dont feel that your online bag selection will meet the standards I have for finding a suitable replacement for my Commander bag without spending more money. I am interested in the Ranger bag but Im leery of spending more money on a product from your company. Please reconsider your stance on free return shipping when it applies to returning a faulty product. I do throw a few molds made by Dynamic Discs and would be sorry to leave them out of my lineup due to a bad experience resulting from this situation. Thank you for your time.
