I had visited Kaithal (haryana) about 25 year back,that was a so called backward & a small town just like villages of Punjab. Recently while going to Kaithal when i Entered Haryana Boundary from Khanaury Side there is a welcome Board & A Better Road stars.i wondered to see that small & backward town turned into a good city with neat & clean wider Road Network. While coming back in the morning when i entered Punjab Boundary within 200 meters, Theka Desi & Theka Engreji wellcomed me.i badly hurted & for the last two three days, i was thinking on the issue, yes the major Chowks in the cities in my state are occupied by Thekas. The Issue needs Fresh Look. I think the First thing need to by done by the Govt. is to close wine shops where Vill Panchyats opposes it.
