I happened to get a most hilarious call ... it seems the owners of the house received their water connection bill from June 2013 till this month date ( 8 months ).. oh yeah the reason for the delay is , there is dog menace... sadly the owners have no dogs at their place ... Now the owner is making a reply letter back to them to provide cages for stray dogs around their house so the bill comes in time every month :P :P :P :D :D
