I happened to look up as we were pulling into the garage the other day and spied some skillets sitting high up on a shelf. Pulled them down and realized we also had that pot and that muffin top pan and little cobbler pots, that were still in their boxes. And then realized thats where my griddle and bacon presses were! Good gravy! Theyve been there for years, long before my newest addiction formed. Oh and get this, that little Griswald you see? I gave it to my daughter over a year ago, along with a Wagner skillet, not that I knew anything about Griswold or Wagner at the time. While I was at her house recently I saw the Wagner skillet and asked her where she got it and she said You gave it to me Mom. I replied Im gonna need to have that back if you dont use it and she said she had never used it. Then the other night she told me she also had a Griswold that Id given her I said Ill need that one back as well if she didnt use it and she said she hadnt and loved her Lodge pieces. See? Ive learned some things in these last few months!! How to obsess over CI, how to be an Indian giver (if that is not politically correct anymore, as it was a saying when I was a kid, please forgive me for any offense) and how to spot a Gris and Wagner!
