I hate all the hate going on here. It should be about the racing, the fans, and the families that make it happen. I have lost sleep over this but I stand by my decision to run my cars on a new series from here on out. My decision has nothing to do with any one person or instance, it is all about the racing and the fans and my family. Before judgment is passed on my decision I hope everybody knows, I did not make it to lose friends and be labeled anything other than a team owner and a driver. I am honored to have shared 4 seasons with some of the best people in racing. So here is my good byes for now... Tim Bertrand, you are my hero, I hope I can be half the team owner that you are, I will always look up to you and your Dad. Todd Bertrand, I have never seen such a collected smooth calculated driver behind the wheel, and truly great person to be around. Bethany Stoehr, what desire behind the wheel and dedication to her team and car. Avery Stoehr, my Old Colony alumni, Fierce behind the wheel. some of the best racing was with you in the lites! Tara Stoehr, you might not know this but you brought me closer to God than anyone in 31 years of a very lucky and blessed life, THANKYOU. Randy Cabral, there is nothing I can say that hasnt been said you are NEMAS champion and a class act. Seth Carlson, you will always be on the roster when we need a driver in a pinch, its impressive what you do with a one car team. Meg Cugini, and Cugini motorsports you guys took the tour by storm what a team you guys built Kevin Park, you are the nicest guy I met in the tour and I will always be happy to help you out anyway possible. The Bigelow family I dont even care about the racing I just like hanging out with you guys! These are just a few of the people that make NEMA strong and will help keep it going for years to come.... Paul Scally, thankyou for keeping a fair level headed state of mind and listening and purely trying to make things best for all parties. Freedom of speech is one freedom that seems to hold strong so I understand if anyone has poor opinions to express in my direction, I will try to find the good in all of it. I sincerely hope to see you all in the future and my shop is always open for all midget racers if there is some way that I could help, but the three families I listed are usually there for everybody as well and that is amazing. What I said is whole hearted and no BS. I hope we dont become strangers and we all race again some day. Until then speed safely and look out for each other, and most importantly just listen to each other. Leave the hate for politics to politicians, and go race as hard as you can.
