I hate going into a business, spending my hard earned money there and the staff is rude. Some employees do not make a connection between their customers and their paychecks. Why is it so hard to be nice?? I understand that we all have problems in life but dont bring them to work, customers dont deserve the attitude and neither does your employer. Without customers there would be no job, fortunately for some places they have such a good product that some customers ignore the staff. I understand that in retail some customers are difficult, but that is no secret and you know that when you go to work in retail.
