I hate it when you go to work out a long term deal of some type with someone and you tell them there are certain thing you absolutely cannot do, no matter what. Im talking stuff thats a complete deal breaker. You tell them, and instead of saying OK, we cant do this because of that, they get quiet. Then it becomes a huge issue after youve been doing this a while. Nothing else will do except one of those deal breaker items has to be done. Im not Superman. Im not capable of flight. There are other things I simply am not capable of, and I make these very clear when I enter into a deal of any kind, especially a long term one. I am sick and tired of people NOT LISTENING to me or hoping to change me so that these things become possible. I have faced it in multiple situations and it keeps happening. Its completely unfair for me to be 100$ transparent with my limitations while the person (or people) I am dealing with hide their requirements. If it doesnt stop, people are going to get burned by their own stubbornness. No amount of personal attacks, threats, cajoling, hinting, or any of that is going to change this. NONE.
