I hate it when you have a computer problem and you have paid for assistance and you call Best Buy and the phone rings and rings at Geek Squad and no one answers after you already have talked to an automatic system for half an hour and then you call back get the store person who transfers you only to give you another number to call and answer more questions and wait half an hour to talk to another person who says I will transfer you to a tech who now wants the whole story again not to mention we did not have a good connection and were disconnected ..There went 2 hrs of my life ....
