I hate seeing car seats on the top of shopping carts! There are so many things that could go wrong. I was actually sitting right inside the door at Walmart one day waiting on Dennis and I saw a women pushing her cart with the car seat balanced on top and she hit a bump and the whole car seat shifted and shook and was so close to falling. The lady didnt even notice! The car seat can also make the basket too top heavy and tip over. And, like this women says, when you use the locking mechanism on the back bar it can actually damage the mechanism which can in turn make it unsafe to use this the base. I always put Bowen in the big part and been able to work around it. Baby wearing is also a great option when getting a full cart of groceries! 😊
