I hate to even rant, but here it comes! We have had AT&T service for at least 13+ years. We have paid ALOT of money to their company for mobile, home phone and Internet services, so I would expect Angie with AT&Ts advance services department to understand my frustrations when my cell phone has No Service in the top left-hand corner for 50% of the time its in use, unsent texts, dropped calls AND not one, but two optional service charges on my bill that we never authorized! So now I need to go to an AT&T store for a new SIM card (because sometimes they just wear out--per Angie), probably more $$! And the unauthorized charges totaling $10/per month for who knows how long, yeah, well well be happy to remove these services, but we cant refund any of the charges because you can easily see them on the first FEW pages of your bill... Yall I dont look at my bill...I dont get a bill (to save AT&T some postage because Lord knows its gonna cost a lot to send out a statement with every number called/text by FOUR phones), but theyre gonna send it! And Ill be looking through those first FEW pages to be sure they get no more than what weve clearly signed for in our contract! And I guess Ill have to pay for that new darn SIM card...what a joke! #rantover #stillticked
