I hate to say this...some people can truly ruin a great meal. Sitting down to a home grilled steak dinner, the first real meal at home since the week before Cherry Fest. Call comes in at 8:15p (yes I know its late to be eating dinner) so I get the phone. Its a lady who gave me her broken Tupperware pieces. Long story shorter, she went off, and then kept revisiting her story about the pieces I wouldnt take back was replaced by another consultant and she wanted to know why I wouldnt. (I explained at the time of our meeting that they were customer error of product not Tupperwares quality and I wont ask Tupperware to replace something thats not covered.) The call got worse....the husband called back and spoke to Steve (who was sitting across the table from me when I spoke with her) and said that she has a brain injury and is confused about all of it. Well maybe you should preface that you are in need of extra care. I am not a mind reading and I am one that doesnt appreciate people scamming companies for new products. Needless to say, I threw my dinner in the trash, broke a nail, and Steve drove me to her house to hand deliver the broken pieces to her husband. She was in the background of the call when Steve was speaking to her husband saying that she is going to get a lawyer. For what lady?? Broken Tupperware pieces? I hate to say this on FB, (because Steve will read this) but after 23 years of doing Tupperware, I am SO done, considering hanging up my plastic consultant status.
