I have 2 packs of cigarets i buoght today befor my hospital apiontment....thes r going to be the last ever sigarets i smoke...i alred got john to hide 1 pack from me....step by step im going to kick the habbit. Tomuz im only going to smoke 5 then the next day 4 an so on. Today i must have smoked about 10. This is going to be hard....but im comfadent i can do it. So the extra mony i have from not buying sigarets im going to save ....and when i kicked the habbit completly im going to buy some of my fave cavear smoked salmon an stilton chees an have a victory mael. Like if u think i can do it
