I have a 10 gallon fresh water fish tank. Oftentimes its referred to in the aquarium hobby as a tropical set up because the waters are kept at a nice warm level of about 76-78 degrees. I hear about folks adding a tank heater to achieve this temperature, but I live in Arizonas Phoenix Valley aka The Valley of The Sun which is a very hot,dry climate. Specifically, I live in Far East Mesa where it touches Apache Junction to the East (Which is inside Pinal County). I live in Maricopa county, this is significant because Arizona only has 15 counties, and is the number 9 on the United States of Americas scale from the least amount of counties to the most amount of counties per state. Technically Our nations Capital, the District of Columbia, is considered a county of its own state for statistical purpose, but is not actually a state. It is under its own special federal district under the exclusive jurisdiction of our congress. I want to take this moment to point out to our fellow foreign friends that it is called Washington, D.C. , but there is also an actual state in the very Northwest corner of America called Washington. People often call it Washington State when discussing it so as not to confuse one another. The actual state with the least amount of counties is Delaware with only 3 counties. Delaware is part of our 13 original colonies. I lived in one of the 13 original Colony states (Pennsylvania) for a brief 2 years myself. Its a very bland and boring state in the northwest sector, until it snows then it is horrendous. This is why I like the mild and boring expected weather of Arizonas Sonoran Desert. This also brings me back to the State of Arizona; specifically Apache Junction. In this town there is a mountain range called The Superstition Mountains. Many people tell fantastical stories about them that are much too unappealing to our bland tastes. I recommend you walk away swiftly to watch paint dry or grass grow instead of listening to those vulgar tales. Now back to the talk about the number of counties in our states. Right behind Delaware is Rhode Island with 5 counties. That seems ridiculous since its such a tiny state compared to Delaware. The state with the most counties is Texas. Texas has 254 counties. Texas has a motto that they often say, Dont Mess with Texas. Personally I would like to change Arizonas motto to, Come watch the paint dry with an average of 300 days of sunshine per year. *Note I have provided a tonally subdued graph displaying The State of Texas and its outline of 254 counties*
