I have a 1984 (or 1986 not sure) Zone II (2) Two bedroom, one & 1/2 bath, 14 x 80 mobile home FOR SALE TO BE MOVED. It is currently located off of FM945 S., Cleveland, TX and is currently being used for storage. (Furniture and appliances are not included in the sale. ) It has had almost all of the sub flooring replaced with 3/4 inch plywood and underlying 2x4 reinforced support. The exterior walls are made with 2x6 framework. Most trailers do good to have 2x4 framing. We were in the middle of a remodel when we moved; bought family property. We are needing to sell this trailer in order to help my family who lost their home due to a fire. We have put lots of money and sweat into this trailer and it is well worth the investment to finish what has been started. We arent available to show it on Sundays or Wednesday evenings.
