I have a Beazer home in Beechwood Farms Avon, Indiana. We hit the one year mark for problems and it seems they do not want to stand by their home. They half did the dry wall fix, the floor has boards with nails coming out. This makes my floor feel like popcorn, but no one wants to fix the problem. The master bathroom shower seat is coming apart and they came and just put a little caulk on top, yet the mold that can be seen under the seat they wont fix and now claims stuff is out of warranty. The kitchen hardwood floor is coming up. However the worst problem is my upstairs smells like crap or sh** and they claim there is nothing they can do about the smell. We have to sleep downstairs cause the smell is so bad at times. This company is not standing behind their home and the people we are told to contact has been putting us off for a year so that the warranty is over.
