I have a Nokia 925 Windows Phone. It has a great feature called Kids Corner. You slide the screen to the right from the lock screen and only apps you specifically assign can be accessed. I have several apps there Kids version of Netflix some preschool games and Angry birds Rio. Before I allied them to have certain games that off pay for add ons I tested to see and Kids Corner doesnt allow transactions to complete awesome. So a safe place to hand off the phone and let a three year old cure boredom. Well Ive noticed my sons somehow end up on YouTube everytime. YouTube is not an approved app for Kids Corner. Here how a three year old hacked it. They start up Angry Birds. Then click on an add on feature for pay. Then a popup comes up on the left buy now button that wont work; on the right a video demo button. Click that Youtube app starts up and bam my three year watches a T&A ad for Vodka. Then a video of the angry birds add on. Now my three year old uses the video links on the right to explore YouTube like its crack. Yep finding programming exploits already.
