I have a client who labors under a very heavy load of anxiety. Im sensitive to it because I know the feeling intimately. I wish there were some way to convey to the people I care about that there is help for that imprisoned way of life, that you can learn management skills to help you navigate uncertainty in life without an evading sense of blind panic at every turn. Three years of very good therapy and a low dose of mood stabilizer have been LIFESAVERS to me. When you have good news, I believe in telling it, so...there. I said it.
