I have a colleague who has a degree in triple E and a masters in counselling.He is in his late 40s. One would have thought he should be enjoying a well paid job and a good career. However contrary to what one might thought, he has difficulty in expressing his feelings and thoughts both verbally and in writing. More often than not, He would require assistance from me and another colleague to convey and bring his message across to the recipients in the most appropriate way. His communication skills has caused a barrier in everything he does in his life. I wonder if it helps if he were to attend a public speaking course to help improve his self esteem and confidence . As a parent myself, I would definitely send my kids to attend.Ultimately, its a life skill for them. Wat do u think?
