I have a couple of people that asked me about this recipe so here goes. If I forgot anything please let me know and I will fill in the blanks. Enjoy! Steak (I use bacon wrapped filets enough for 4 people) 32oz of Alfredo sauce (I use from a jar) 4 cloves of garlic Bag of spinach (about 32oz I think or the biggest bag I can find) 2Tablespoons of butter 1/2 cup chopped green onion, plus enough to garnish 3Tbsp gorgonzola cheese, crumbled (I use about ½ cup maybe a little more but it depends on how much you like gorgonzola) plus enough for the topping once it’s done. 1 cup of Balsamic vinegar ½ Cup of Parmesan cheese Fettuccini (enough for 4 people) Start reducing your balsamic vinegar… watch it carefully because it can burn very easily if you walk away from it for too long, once it is about the consistency of syrup take it off the heat because it will continue to thicken a little as it cools. If you skip the reducing it will have a totally different flavor. Cook your steak until it’s as done as you like it and let it rest (I seasoned it with lots of cracked black pepper, salt, and a little granulated garlic and onion/ or a basic steak seasoning works great) Cook your pasta and put it to the side (do not rinse the pasta if you don’t rinse the starch off the sauce sticks better) In a sauté pan melt your butter and add the garlic, and green onions, then add your spinach and let it wilt. Once the spinach is wilted add the Alfredo sauce. When the sauce is warm add the gorgonzola and the parmesan and let it melt, once this is all combined you can add the pasta. In the picture I drizzled balsamic on the plate and then added the pasta on top of that, add the sliced steak on top of the pasta and top it with the reserved gorgonzola and green onions and then add an extra drizzle of the balsamic vinegar
