I have a favor to ask of all of you. I have an assignment coming up that I can use outside help with. The questions that I need answered are 1. As a customer, describe two complaints you have had in the past six months regarding a company you’ve purchased from. (This is where I need your help, I have not purchased anything but groceries in the past six months). 2. Did you handle these complaints by contacting the company? Why or why not? 3. How can a customer service representative learn from the complaints you described above? If you can help me, inbox me. I will not use your name if you ask me not too. Just so you know, the instructions do say that “if you have not had a bad purchase, you can create a potential scenario or use that of a friend or family member.”
