I have a friend named Jay Ferruggia. Chances are you own one of his workouts (Hes the author of several really good muscle gaining programs). But todays post isnt about workouts or diets. Its about water. Jay recently had his 40th birthday celebration, and as part of his celebration he wanted to raise 40,000 dollars for a charity called Charity Water. He fell short of his goal, and I want to help. Imagine having no water to brush your teeth in the morning, no showers, nothing to clean your home or wash your clothes with. And no water for your children to do any of those things either. Imagine the pain of watching them suffer. This is what Charity water is all about - providing clean water to people who need it.
