I have a fundraising idea if anyone wants to do it . Very easy. It is called Trekk a Mile in Her Shoes. Wanted it to be walk a mile in her shoes but that is taken. So trekking befits what the Cabecar women do anyway. The idea is to do a trail hike at a park, walking trail or forest. You get sponsors for the Hike or Trekk and you distribute literature on the plight to the Cabecar. The idea is that you Trekk in solidarity with at risk women and infants. It could be great family fun and a chance to get outdoors. Proceeds will be to help the St. Francis Emmaus Center Pregnancy Hostel. So contact me if you want to help; stbryce.org.
