I have a funny story that happened abt a month ago. i should have posted it sooner but here it is. Its a bit long but worth the read. i was going to go to reno to visit friends from when i lived there. my originak plans were to drive there, but a few days before my departure i could tell my trucks water pump was about to go out. since i had my money tied up in the trip, and not wanting the pump to go out in the desert, i decided to chabge my mode of transportation to reno. so late in the game airline prices were outrageous, and since im a train buff i decided to take amtrak out of salt lake. still needing to get to salt lake to the train station i decided to chance taking my truck that far...from utah county. so the day came and i headed towards slc. at abt 72nd south my truck just died. Obviously the pump had blown. i limped it to a chevron just off 72nd. my train was scheduled to leave soon. so u called dad and explained. he said to cab it to the train and he would take care of the tow to a springville shop. when i returned from reno a week later i stopped by the shop ti get some belongings. i then noticed my truck wasnt there. i phoned dad and explained. he came to the shop and said..yes i towed your truck..its right there. Sitting right there was a green mitsubushi. mine is a gold infiniti. dad towed the wrong truck. oh no. he then had to contact unified police and confess. fortunately they were cool. thanks dad for the effort. love ya. and if anyone needs a quick car..dad can help..ha ha
