I have a goal, and maybe my network-savvy & proactive associates can assist: In the near future, I wish to acquire a 3 to 4 story property in Philadelphia. I and a few other young advocates for the arts, youth, community, and culture would reside on one floor. The ground floor would be renovated as multi-use center for classes, workshops, counseling, meetings, gallery space, community kitchen, and other creatively developmental purposes. Another floor would serve as a hostel for traveling creatives & activists, and as a certified temporary sanctuary for troubled youth. The basement would be renovated to serve as a lounge &/or game room for community-familiarizing and fundraising affairs, socials, and the like. What advice or info do you have to accomplish this goal?
