I have a guy calling about cleaning houses he has as rentals. he is not telling me to much but we started talking about bad areas in flint.. and he told me that there are homes on my street for sale but My area is bad.. Ok so the houses he has just off fenton road by Atherton is not bad.. His homes up by Cadillac street are not bad areas and his homes near DuPont and Chevrolet are not bad.. Flemming road is a good area LOL is there any homes left on Flemming. then I noted he lives is calling from California. How is selling him homes and telling him what the areas are.. Wow... he said that he dont like my area due to Zimmerman..???? it is not different then any of the other schools.. I am not sure about this guy and who is feeding him his information. I live in one of the nicer areas in Flint if you can say that.. it is getting worse but the fact is we have no striped homes close to use as far as the sideing and stuff.. we will not allow it.. and we are not putting up with crap.. this guy is miss informed. and says he owns many home here in all the good areas WOW.
