I have a hypothetical question on magic and ethics if anyone is interested in sharing their thoughts. :) (The point of this is for thought and to share idease about the various grey areas in a persons perspective and life choices/consequences) You have a friend, an aquaintance that is in jail and know they are innocent, maybe possibly because you were there during the hypothetical incident... what ever works so you know they are innocent. They ask you to help get them out with no probation, fees or consequences and to get them out a.s.a.p. Considering the situation, do you decide to do the spell? Say you go ahead and do the spell: Asking him to be released in less than 6 mos with all things dropped and no consequences. Less than 4 mos later he gets released. Youve fulfilled your end of the deal so he can begin to heal and you wait... and you wait...and you wait.. he doesnt follow up with his end of the bargain... Coming to your house and keeping a promise he made to you in return. Lesson learned? Maybe, Maybe not... Not long after you are told that hes dead. He was murdered. You were told that he was involved in heavy drug use and chose to rob a house with another guy that was a drug user. As they were making their escape. the other guy shot him so he could take everything for himself that was stolen. You are shocked... and you realize...if youd left it alone, hed still be in jail and alive.... your magic and your interference directly and non intentionally changed his life... changed the natural consequences of his life... The best of intentions led to another persons death... Question... Would you feel in any way responsible? Would you still practice magic if such were to occur to you? How would you have interpreted the situation? How would this affect your life and how you see things? What are your thoughts???
