I have a large 3 bedroom house in Borth. The house has 2double rooms and a big single room. I have a large kitchen/diner and separate utility room, downstairs wc. Has good size garden and a off road personal parking space. The house has recently had new windows and doors, solar panels have been put on the roof which takes down the cost of the utility bills.
