I have a love hate relationship with the word cant . I absolutely love it when someone says they cant do something and I encourage them and then they dig deep and they do it. But I also hate it when someone says they cant do something... How can you doubt yourself b4 you even try... Jennifer, Erin and Lisa always attempt things outside their comfort (cant) zone and prove to themselves that they can! It can be anything in life, hike a mountain, skydive, continuing your education, starting a family or simply attempting a weight in a gym. NEVER be comfortable with the word cant! Whatever It Takes show yourself you CAN do anything you really set your mind to do!
