I have a personal testimony that Id like to share regarding how Great My God is: Hi, my name is Junior Auelua, I am 17 years old. As of the 23 of March, 2014, I received a revelation that I was going to participate and attend the International Easter Youth Camp with Pastor Chris Oyakhilome PhD. To start my testimony off, I was not amongst the original youth chosen to go to South Africa. I did not let that stop me nor discourage me because I knew with all my might, spirit, soul, and body, that I was meant to go! So what did I do? I kept speaking it forth for months. As the date was cutting it close to the departure of the delegates going to South Africa, I did not get discouraged, I kept speaking it forth that I was going to go! I prayed that God would make every way possible just for me to attend. I had shared with my mother that I wanted to attend this years Easter Youth Camp and she had gotten challenged with me. She told me that our finances were not stable, my school wouldnt let me make up the work, my job wouldnt let me take off..etc... I did not let that move me! I still kept speaking it forth! Then Sunday April 23, 2014, Pastor Florence Amosa, announced that there was going to be a meeting for all the youth that was PREDESTINED to go to South Africa. When she said PREDESTINED it hit me! I told myself that I was predestined to go!! So after service, I was talking to my mom and to Alisandra Vaomu, deaconess Alisandra had told me, Dont be discouraged, if you want to go tell Pastor, Go and ask her! So thats exactly what I did. All she had told me was to show up to the meeting that night. I went and I had gotten the approval that I was going! The very next day I went to get my passport and I didnt even need my itinerary to show proof of immediate possession of the passport to leave. All the lady had said was to pay the expedite fees and I should have it within five days in the mail. My passport came in four days later!! Truly the grace of God was a big part of that! The total amount that each youth was to come up with was $2000.00 for their airfare to travel out to South Africa. Immediately I started asking for sponsors, contacting loved ones, friends, family, and strangers. Seeking anyone who wanted to sow a seed towards my future. Each youth has until April 3rd, 2014, to pay for their ticket. Our spiritual mother, Pastor Florence Amosa had shared with us and said, Faith without works is dead! You have six days to come up with your money for your ticket, God can perform the miraculous in 1 hour! I truly took that to heart and put my faith to work! As the days were getting closer and closer I kept praying, fasting, and calling forth my sponsors and finances. For I know, that I am predestined to go. When you come to the realization of what God wants for your life you will not take No for an answer!! So I went to my Grandfather. Hes the president of the Iron Workers Union. I went to his company seeking sponsorship. I shared with him what the camp was and he told me that he would give what he can. I then responded and said, Its not the amount you give, if it came from your heart thats all I need. Whether it be $1.00 or $0.50, you will reap a harvest 10 fold for your faithful giving! but I needed a sponsorship letter. It took two days to get the letter. I got the letter, took it to him this morning in less than 20 minutes my whole trip was taken cared of! My grandfather sowed a check of $1000.00. (Truly God didnt stop there.) My grandfather shared with the president of the trust fund, one of his close friends about the camp and immediately he took action. He called his secretary and within minutes he also sowed a check of $1000.00. My trip is taken cared of!! God is just so great and mighty!! I just wanted to share how great my God is! Id also like to inspire the rest of the youth looking for finances! I want each and every one of you to know that, GOD WILL PROVIDE! He gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers. MAY THE GRACE OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, THE LOVE OF GOD, AND THE SWEET FELLOWSHIP OF THE HOLY SPIRIT BE WITH YOU ALL NOW AND FOREVERMORE, IN JESUS NAME, AMEN! I hope you were inspired.
