I have a pretty big issue with this. Each circumstance is different. If I were in the a position where Im not coming back, Id want my partner to really figure out what he wanted. Could he raise this baby by himself? Would he want to? Is the baby still healthy? Could he handle raising a child who had special needs? I really dont understand laws that govern our bodies. Though, I suppose a case could be made for our bodies not really being our own once were dead. Hm.
